Here's what the humans have to say about me:
His cerebellar hypoplasia makes him unique, but his life won’t be complete without you!
Sam’s foster was working in China when he found this über cutie in a cage. Sam has cerebellar hypoplasia, a condition in which the cerebellum doesn’t fully develop. The cerebellum is the part of the brain that regulates the control and coordination of movement, so Sam has poor balance and is uncoordinated while walking. His physical limitations are permanent, but non-progressive.
Sam’s capacity for giving and receiving love is one thing that is definitely not affected! Sam loves attention! He is pretty saintly behavior-wise. He is good with cats, dogs and kids. Sam is even housetrained. Sam does tire easily when walking, and may look to you to be carried at those times. Sam can walk around inside the house as long as it is on carpet but needs to be carried up and down stairs.
Sam is a special dog that needs a special human to share his life. Sam is young and expects to live a healthy life.. He is full of life and love and has much to give! You will be the lucky one, as Sam will teach you more about yourself than you ever dreamed possible. Meet Sam and see if you have what it takes to be his special human!
