Abby's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Abby's Story...
Abby is a 3-4 year old, 55-60lb, Husky/Shepherd mix we rescued from Chowchilla. •Very quiet and mellow dog so would be a great fit for a family who works. •Enjoys spending time in the yard and sunning herself and does not chew or act destructively. •Appears to be housetrained. •May have been neglected or abused in the past as she is very shy and aloof with strangers and can flinch if someone reaches to pet her too quickly. She has already warmed up to her foster mom so will surely be a wonderful companion to a patient family willing to work with her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Sunnyvale Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sunnyvale, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Sunnyvale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sunnyvale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sunnyvale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sunnyvale paves the way for another one to be saved.
