Whimsey's Story...

Scruffy little lady, Whimsey, looking for loving forever home. Happier with her kitty roommates but still happy by herself. When Whimsey first went to her foster home, she was shy and nervous and stayed in the bathroom.

After Whimsey received lots of tender, loving care and after some time had passed, she has become very active and is a very loving little gal. Whimsey is very good at training her two legged roommate and has a tendency walking to your feet, flopping on one of them and not leaving. It's her way of communicating that she wants you to pick her up and hug some love into her. And like most gals in the life of her two-legged roommate, she gets what she wants.

Whimsey rarely meows but she does purr like a little jet engine, it's rather loud. Drowns out the snoring of her four-legged kitty roommate. She will sleep at the foot of your bed and loves playing with cat toys, especially her scratching post... And she will bring a lot of love into your life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Whimsey, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
