My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, we are the debonair Rhett and Scarlett. We are a bonded pair who must be adopted together. While we are both quite regal, our beginnings were not so. We came out of a hoarding case with 44 other birds, but we have since been vetted properly and converted to a healthier diet, thanks to Florida Parrot Rescue and all of their supporters. We love to groom each other, play with our toys, and chatter and sing for you. We really hope that you will come and meet us soon and consider making us part of your family. While we don’t mind waiting, we do hope that you will hurry: “After all, tomorrow is another day!”

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird’s cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
Parakeets, Cockatiels, Lovebirds: Fee’s for these birds are optional, but please consider donating any amount you can afford – your donations allow us to help more animals in need!

Pionus, Amazons, Miniature Macaws (Hahns, Severe, Illigers, Yellow-Collared), Small Cockatoos (Goffins, Bare-Eyes): $275
Eclectus Parrots: $325
African Greys: $400
Large Cockatoos (Moluccan, Umbrella, Sulfur Crested, etc.): $400
Large Macaws (Blue and Gold, Scarlet, Greenwing, etc.): $500
