Jaden is a 6 month old male pit mix. I really wish Jaden had been named "Petey" because he reminds me so much of the dog from Little Rascals. Jaden absolutely ADORES children. He will follow them everywhere and insists on sleeping with them. The most traumatizing part of the day is when the kids are gone to school and Jaden lays quietly on the couch looking miserable until they return. Jaden is a big boy weighing approximately 45 lbs. right now, but has a rather large head and feet. He looks to be mixed with either some type of Pointer or maybe a hound but he looks like he will be a big gentle giant when he is full grown. Jaden also loves playing with other dogs, but is not hyper or pesty. He will entertain himself with a stuffed toy if none of the other dogs are interested in playing. Jaden is housebroken and as stated earlier sleeps happily through the night in bed with my youngest (my 9 year old daughter). He has not proven himself to be a chewer at all. I cannot stress enough how much this puppy loves children. In the hundreds of foster dogs I have had, I cannot remember ever having some that is into children this much. He would make an excellent family pet and better yet life long friend. Because of his potential breed, families will be screened to ensure they have Jaden's best interests at heart. He is a lovable, big goof and deserves to be in a wonderful home (with children) where he will be adored and cherished. Jaden has been neutered and is up-to-date on his vaccinations.
