Phoebe is a sweet and affectionate kitty. She is a very quiet and easy going cat who doesn’t expect much but gives lots of love and affection to the people in her live. Phoebe is initially a little shy and fearful but warms up to new people quickly. Once she warms up, Phoebe firmly settles on any lap purring and enjoys hours of attention and cuddling. Phoebe loves to be brushed. She is very playful and enjoys playing balls and teasers. Phoebe is happiest when she can be around her family but doesn’t mind being alone during the day. She love looking out of the window or watching her foster mom work on the computer. Phoebe does not get along with dogs and other cats. She likes children but needs a quiet spot to which she can retreat.
