My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Beautiful Amanda! She was adopted by a family as a kitten and after having (5) children, her family decided that Amanda’s spirited, lively and energetic personality was just too much for their family. Sadly, instead of working to find her a new home where she could be the center of attention, they wanted their vet to euthanize her…………Euthanize a perfectly healthy, wonderful kitty????? YES!!! Thankfully, the vet called us and asked if we would help find Amanda a family that will give her a loving and “FOREVER” home.

Amanda has such a wonderfully exuberant personality that she’ll always be the life of the party and will crave the spotlight. She loves people, she loves to play, be petted and brushed all when the time suits her.

She would do best as an “ONLY CHILD” since she has never been around other kitties up to this point in her life. She has not been around dogs but if her new home had a nice dog, she would probably do well with him as her new BFF as well.

If you are looking for a kitty that will keep you entertained and love you for giving her a second chance at life, then Amanda is ready, willing and waiting to be your girl. (Birthday: 3/2011)
