Facts about Roscoe

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog Mix
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Roscoe came to our rescue almost 2yrs. ago as a 7wk. old puppy along with his two siblings. They were all adorable little fluff balls and were adopted right away!. Sadly, Roscoe's new family was unable to keep him, so at 10 mos. old he was returned to us. He is a joyful dog and deserves a loving home that will make him a family member for the rest of his life. Roscoe is a neutered Lab/Shepherd mix and is approx 2 yrs. old. He is vaccinated, micro chipped, crate trained and housebroken. He has completed group obedience classes with Alex at Behave - Dog Training & Behavior Modification. Roscoe does well with other dogs, cats, and kids. Roscoe walks well on a leash and loves car rides especially if he is going to the park or on a run with you! This energetic boy would love a person or family to give him lots of love and activity. Pretty much a fantastic dog with a beautiful disposition!
Roscoe had a hip injury that has been successfully repaired with surgery. It is unknown at this time whether he will need additional surgery in the future but is completely recovered with no restrictions on activity.

About Jackie Blue's Rescue Angels

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a family and volunteer operated rescue helping unwanted and homeless pets find their loving, "forever" homes. We also educate on the importance of spay/neuter,not only for the health of your pet, but to help with pet overpopulation that leads to the overcrowding of our shelters resulting in animals being euthanized. Pets are family and should be treated with love, respect and dignity.
We hope to one day open a no-kill companion animal shelter/sanctuary where we can help homeless animals find loving homes or live out their natural lives in a caring environment. Your support in our efforts is sincerely appreciated and we thank you for visiting our page on Adopt a Pet.
