Muchia's Story...
Muchia is an adorable 8 year old Pekingese mix. She is 13 pounds and she loves to talk! She and her friend were surrendered to a shelter down south by an elderly lady. Muchia loves people and would love to be a lap dog. She's said to be housebroken, hw neg, spayed and up to date with all vaccinations. She's great with kids, cats and other dogs and really just wants to be loved! Muchia was adopted but recently returned because she had some accidents in the home. Someone who is patient and can go back to basics with Muchia would be ideal! We do believe she is housebroken, she will just need some more time to adjust to a new schedule in a new home. If you are interested in this cute little lady, come down and meet her or call the shelter today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muchia, a Broadway Pekingese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pekingese for sale in Broadway, or seeking a Pekingese dog from a breeder in Broadway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broadway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broadway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pekingese breeders who help with Pekingese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broadway paves the way for another one to be saved.
