Edison's Story...
Edison has a pending adoption! However, Einstein the wired haired Dachshund, is still adoptable! Einstein and Edison have the same energy level, size, and both share cuddly and playful personalities! Einstein is nine months old, has cute, scruffy fur, and lots of love to give!

Hi, I'm Edison! I'm about nine months old and weigh only 9 pounds! I have lots of love and puppy kisses to give my new family! Even though I'm still young, I have a scruffy beard and a big button nose! I'm a cuddly lap dog who would do well in a big house with a big yard or a tiny house with lots of walks! As long as I'm with my humans, I'm a happy boy! I'm also healthy, neutered, up to date on all shots, have my rabies certificate, am microchipped, and ready to go home! I'm ready to give my new family lots of love, and I know you're looking for me cause I'm looking for you, too. Love, Edison.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Edison, a Carlisle Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Carlisle, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Carlisle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carlisle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carlisle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carlisle paves the way for another one to be saved.
