Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB September 1, 2002.
Rachel Cinnamon is a bit on the heavy side but loves to play and is shedding the ounces with her new found love of chasing laser pointers and a balanced diet. She has a cute white tip on her tail. Rachel has had a tough go of things so she needs a gentle helping hand in her forever home. When she arrived in her foster home she was quite scared and made several swipes at them, but is becoming friendly and comes meowing and purring to be pet at times. She also likes sleeping in the bed and snuggling under the covers.
Rachel Cinnamon came from a sad situation where she was down on her luck. She was a well indulged indoor cat for 9 years before finding herself exiled outdoors in the backyard, due to arrival of children and a new kitten. She would make a great addition to home with an adult/older children environment, she should not go to a home with any small children, or dogs. It is possible that she may do well in a home with older more indifferent cat, but would probably thrive as an only cat.
Special note from my foster family: "Rachel is a great cat. She is eager for attention and patience. With the right environment and people she will be a grateful and loving companion. Please give this big girl a chance at her forever ever home!"
Thank you for welcoming a senior cat into your family - an adoption fee of your choice appreciated, vs. our standard adoption fee of $175.
