Marvin's Story...
Hi, my name is Marvin, i'm a 16 lb neutered beagle. I'm unique in that one of my eyes is 1/4 blue and the rest brown. I can also climb fences (my mom says that is not good or unique though) so I will need a wood fenced yard or something else I can't climb. I love to snuggle, forget the extra blanket or heater and just cuddle with me. I get along with other dogs, but can be a lil grouchy if i'm in a humans lap and someone else wants to share. Other wise i'm just a happy guy. I can use a doggy door and crate well for several hours with no issues. Do you have some free lap space for me?

Marvin is neutered, heartworm negative, current on distemper, rabies and bordetella. Adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marvin, a Hazel Park Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Hazel Park, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Hazel Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazel Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazel Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazel Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
