Mahigan (means Wolf) he is almost 6 months old
weighs 49 solid very healthy pounds and should be about 60 pound range once full grown
 He is a very sturdy boy with a flashy tri colored coat black/white brown/brindle with a cute face and a healthy plush coat
 
Mahigan  knows some basic commands already
 lay down, shake, sit, up, wait 
automatically sits for a treat
comes when called
working on leash training doing well only walks on harness don't believe in collars
does not chew on harness or leash or bandana so can easily be dressed up coat etc
sits still for putting harness on lifts leg to put harness on easier
 
loves to chase laser lights
likes the broom ,vaccuum cleaner the suction hose
He will always stay cute looking even in old age just one of those cute faces that don't grow old
 
Mahigan prefers another very friendly dog at home as he has always lived with dogs
 adult home preferred or if a child or two must be kind and over 10 years 
he has been raised in an adult home but met some nice kids when out socializing and has no aggression issues
 
What he loves to do
 
papertowl rolls to tear up or cardboard boxes
bully sticks and pig ears are fav.
 yummy treats like duck and chicken jerky
 romping around with other dogs and people that he knows
loves to play chase with people once he knows them
 snuggle time lap time
 large organic carrots
 towels and blankets thrown over him so he can fight them off what a clown
 LOVES walks and long nature hikes to explore, eating fresh grass on the way
 loves to roll around on his back happily talking telling you how happy he is
  tug of war his fav game rt now with human or another dog
 LOVES squeaky toys but will get squeakier out if plush toy but not out of a rubber toy
lick out yoghurt cups or pots meat is cooked in
chaser laser light moths and flys
chase water stream from hose and eats water
  good in car now in back seat with blankets toys and chew bones but not his fav to do right now
will endure it
does not jump up on people most the time unless very excited after being left for hours and one comes home and working on that and he listens very well
not a chewer of items you don't want him to chew on but of course you need to keep your eye on him he's a puppy
but very good about not chewing things but his toys bones etc I have taught him
he also does not mouth he learned that long ago
he's very well mannered for his age as he has had good training and consistency over the past months since here with me
VERY smart for his age looking for equal in human
 potential to become whatever you like him to be with training and consistency
 loves outdoors as well as hanging out on the couch with you
he knows only to come up on the couch when asked
 he's crate trained and will go in willingly but the door is no longer closed he usually whines to be let out he will stat sleeping next to my bed by tonight
he usually does his potty outside within minutes and wants to go back in  
 he loves to sleep in most mornings after potty he goes and plays a few min then sleeps some more
unless you are ready to go do something fun like a walk
 sleeps through the night with right routine
 good with all dogs of any size and most likely cats with right cat and right person
has been around a 8 and 14 pound dog and my large dogs as well as a few other dogs he met
He listens very well very easily trained and only in a POS way
as a toddler needs his nap time in afternoon usually
he loves either gender man or woman a mature stable couple would be great for him
he's of best temperament, never traumatized, never in a shelter, raised with love inside a home no kennel environment but my own home with a very dog experienced person
He loves to play with our 100 pound fem dog who is gentle and sweet with him and has no problems about a pup jumping up on her would love a similar home for him as he's living in now
nature people living in country or mountains with other dogs, home most days, dog whisperers
that truly love dogs
was dewormed for all parasites twice, 3 vaccines, flea free, clean and healthy, started on HW prevention and had Rabies vaccine, neutered, on monthly HW prevention, no fleas at this elevation
he is on best food no not just dry kibble but has meat or cooked chicken in it swell as a tad of canfood
mixed with hot water, grainfree dog food good quality
he also gets good people food meats veggies etc
looking for someone that knows this is good for dogs and does so themselves
 
has been in car back seat while I was doing an adoption a few times and he just slept or relaxed
of course I was right next to the car to keep checking on him but never chewed nothing up
no barking or being wild inside car
 
We are looking for a quiet but semi active family/lifestyle for him as a very loved member of the family with people that appreciate having a dog and the time and patience to raise a puppy the right way

we are only looking for someone that is home during the day a pup should not be left alone for long
so no bad habits can be learned
 
We are looking to place Mahigan with a stable home owner with another very friendly playful dog prefer of larger size as he's used to playing with large dogs
financially secure and over the age of 28 years
 
he comes with a Free Vet exam and 30 day free Pet insurance, many great online books and info to adopter
I know the right super loving family will find him in time he's safe and loved for now until you the right person will apply to sweep him off his cute tri colored paws

Mahigan loves to be a clown and race around the yard
he also will talk to you at times very cute
loves to run with other dogs that makes him very happy
He goes on a daily one mile hike
half mile down a steep hill half mile up
then he goes on another shorter walk
on the way up the hill he gets some leash training
during the day he gets some basic command training
few min here and there
keep it short and simple for more success
He is also learning to fetch treats doing well
 
Adopter will get our lifelong support if need be with our experience to ensure a successful
upbringing
Mahigan is already a good protector barking only if need be otherwise a quiet dog
even when my dogs bark when someone they know comes home
he does not but he has a big dog bark and it's a nice sound not a screechy bark

We are not just looking for the average family but super loving folks
that will fall in love with him looking at the many pics and videos on our site
knowing in their heart that he is the lifelong dog they been looking for
Mahigan usually has a serious look but he is a very happy funny boy with a huge personality
and just as much brains
He's mellow but active he will do whatever you do
though being a pup I make sure he gets plenty of daily exercise
and make sure he's never bored, gets his naps so he won't act up like a toddler

a new toy or a favorite plastic bottle a cardboard box
chew bone etc
will keep him busy for a bit
he has many toys and chew bones here so always something available
he LOVES the bully sticks and will skin them before actually chewing the rest
