My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cady. She's a gorgeous mix of Boxer and hound. She can pose for a picture and is eager to be at your side. Cady is a dog who wants to please. she is listed as two years old. Cady has been put aside by owners and she has had little training or interaction with other dogs. She just needs some warming up and someone to let her stretch her legs. Being confined in a cage 24 hours a day is not helping either. She needs out soon and somneone to rescue her from her confined quarters and just let her run a bit. Come bring this deserving dog a greenie or a chewie and interact with them outside. The dogs at the shelter could be housebroken,it's just something they don't know because they are kept in cages . We find that many we take and foster are already housebroken, and good with other animals or learn quickly to be. The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day and the dog then goes to the vet to be spayed or neutered and you pick up at the vets. For only 85.00 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Their lives depend upon your adoption. Thank you for looking.
