Kennie's Story...
I’m Kennie and me and my siblings (Dennie, Lennie, Pennie) are very lucky kitties. We were born outdoors and living the hard life in a mobile home park until a couple of cat-loving ladies rescued us. They brought us inside when we were still pretty young so we are very socialized. Then when there was room, we moved to a Stray Cat Blues foster home. Our foster mom was amazed how easily we adjusted to our new (temporary) home. We felt at home immediately.

I am a very sweet and extremely affectionate orange tabby boy. I love attention and follow my foster mom around. I am very playful too so be ready for all my antics. I will make a wonderful companion in any type of home. My estimated date of birth is August 3, 2014.

Kennie is neutered, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLv and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kennie, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
