Chance's Story...
CHANCE Male Labrador Retriever DOB Nov 2011 Contract: twylasfriends@yahoo.com

This very handsome guy is Chance who was found running along Beltway 8. Rescued by a Twyla's volunteer he was so happy to be safe he rolled over and put up a paw to say thanks. He has one blue eye which might mean he has a little Aussie in his DNA as well. He sure is a looker. Athletic, he needs a home where his exercise needs are met. Chance needs someone who enjoys a walk and would make a fantastic jogging partner. He also likes to chill out and have a snooze in his crate. Our Vet says he is approx. 3 yrs old. He is heartworm negative, has been neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated. Chance would make a great family dog, protector of the home and buddy. If you would like more info on Chance please contact Twylasfriends@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a Kingwood Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
