Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm Heidi. I look and act exactly like a Boston Terrier but my nose is slightly longer than an average BT's nose. That's good, it means I don't have any breathing problems that often come with dogs with very short noses. I'm a very happy 3 year old girl who wants to live life to the fullest. I love people and live with two little boys (ages 7 and 8) right now. I sleep under the covers with them every night. In fact, on the bed and under the covers is my favorite place to be when I'm not taking a walk or riding in the car. I don't bark very much---I only jump in when the other dogs here start barking. I'm extremely smart, funny, highly entertaining. I do have one problem: I'M A WANDERER. That's how I came to find myself in this situation....if you give me an opportunity to run off, I'll take it, and I'll just keep on going. Drop the leash and I'm gone. Put me in a fence that isn't escape-proof and I'm gone. It's not that I don't love you, I just want to travel the world. I'm a great little house dog, a perfect family pet, but to adopt me you will need the security of Fort Knox. That's why my foster mom calls me Heidi Houdini...if you don't watch out I'll disappear. But I do need my own loving forever family: maybe there's one out there that knows how to deal with escape artists? I'm definitely worth it--you will never find a better bed-snuggler than me. NEVER. I'm 25 lbs, 3 yrs old, fully vetted. Located in Alabaster, AL. Adoption fee $100. EMAIL rgparker@samford.edu
