Romeo's Story...
Sometimes life just isn't fair! How does a sweet boy like me end up in a situation like this? I need a home ASAP or I will end up in boarding. I'm hoping a special person will see me and give me a second chance at a great life. My name is Blano, and I'm an 8 year old pit mix who weighs 75 lbs.

Everyone who meets me says I am a sweet and loving mush ball of a dog. I get along great with everyone I meet, including other dogs and children. In fact, before I ended up without a family of my own, I lived in a home with kids and other dogs, and we all got along perfectly. I've never been around cats, so the verdict is out on felines. I am loving, affectionate, and friendly - all I need is a home to call my own. I am also HOUSEBROKEN, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a Sagaponack Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
