Hi! My name is Twilight! I was rescued by a kind lady, who took me in, just in time to have my kittens, even though I was only about 7 months old myself. (I hear that kittens can go into heat as early as 5 months of age. I guess so, since I am living proof!)

I could not stay with my sweet rescuer, since her apartment management found out and was about to make this nice human and her children move out, because of me, and my little babies. Luckily, Homes for Pets found a place for us, so we are safe, once again.

I LOVE people, and am a real lap cat! I have been spayed now, so no more kittens for me, now I can just focus all my love on the humans in my life. I have already been tested for FIV/Leukemia, dewormed, and I am fully vaccinated.

Are you ready for a sable beauty in your life? I just might be the one!

About Homes for Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of animal lovers who volunteer our time and talents to help homeless needy pets find new homes. Many of our pets come from life or death situations, or abusive situations. Some pets come from city shelters. We also list animals that are still with their owner, but for one reason or another the owner can no longer keep them. Our dogs and cats live in foster homes, not in a shelter. You don't have to wonder if a dog or cat is good with kids, or other dogs or cats. You will usually know if they are. We work on housebreaking and basic manners as well.

ALL of our animals, even those we list for owners trying to re-home their pets, must be spayed/neutered to help control the serious animal overpopulation in this area.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Adoption events are held at the following locations/times:

We hold adoption events at the Forum PetSmart (exits 172-173 off IH-35 in San Antonio) each weekend from noon - 4:00 p.m. We also hold occasional other adoption events. Check the calendar on our website for additional or updated information! (www.homesforpets.org)
