My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here’s one of the most gorgeous bully boy’s you’ll ever meet-Seal!! This super sweet and very affectionate boy is barely one year old. He has the most beautiful eyes and a smooth brown “ticking” coat that looks like an Abyssinian kitty’s coat! Seal is so very cuddly and loving, and though he’s still such a puppy, loves to be a couch potato! Seal is medium-sized, weighs 59lbs and has a bobbed tail. Seal is not full Staffordshire, maybe mix of boxer (bobbed tail) or black mouthed cur? This sturdy and stocky boy was rescued out high kill Gordon County as a little puppy and was adopted to an older Georgia couple. This couple can no longer keep Seal due to their health issues so reluctantly agreed to give him back to foster Tracy…and now he’s headed to Washington State! Seal has been in foster care with lots of other dogs, big and small and is playful and calm in the house. This muscular and energetic cutie knows his basic commands, is good on the leash and house trained. He is also crate trained, neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. Seal (like all dogs!) just needs someone to be a strong leader and get him the exercise he loves. He will make a great exercise partner as he loves his daily walk or run and totally enjoys the outdoors. He’ll have a ton of fun discovering the mountains and the beach for sure! Seal is already good at “fetching” and he loves games with the Frisbee or fly ball! He is a smart boy who likes to stay active and can be trusted in the house to not chew or destroy things. He is enthusiastic with his training and Tracy is trying to teach him a few tricks! He is loyal, loving and quiet and looking forward to a great home with love and structure and play time! This amazing boy Seal is neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. He is good with farm animals and so far so good with the cats at his foster home too! Seal will be arriving in Washington the third week in November and ready to go home with you! Any questions email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com or to apply to adopt him right now, apply online at www.raincityrescue.com (choose adopt tab). Seal’s adoption fee is $300 and he can’t wait to get transported and moving on with his new, super fun and super cool new home!
