YoYo's Story...
Meet YoYo!! She is a sweet girl who loves to be around her person, snuggled up, held, playing, just wherever you are...she is about 2 years old, about 10 pounds, housebroken, good with other dogs, cats and kids. She can be a bit skittish in the beginning but warms up quickly. Loud noises tend to scare her and she will bark so an apartment is probably not the best home for her. YoYo is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized. You can download an app at www.goofyfootrescue.org or at:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

YoYo, a Southington Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Southington, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Southington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southington paves the way for another one to be saved.
