My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Someone is missing out on Beth’s puppyhood!! Beth was rescued as a very young puppy along with 9 other puppies. They all found their homes just in time for Christmas while Beth continues to wait for hers. Beth is an adorable, affectionate puppy. We are unsure of her mix. Her mom appears to be a Vizsla mix and Beth has a solid black coat. She also has a blue tongue. She is a little shy with new people but warms up quickly once she knows you are a friend. She absolutely loves other dogs of all sizes, ages and genders. She would do best in a house with another dog as she looks to the other dogs in her foster home for guidance and loves to play with other dgos. Like a toddler, she loves to play for extended periods and then crash for a nap. In the evening, she is content to snuggle up to any dog or person sitting on the couch and snooze. She would make a wonderful companion for another rescue dog! Beth has 3 children in her foster home aged 5-11. She loves to play and cuddle with them. She is crate trained and sleeps through the night in her crate. She is almost house broken and not a big chewer. She will sneak off with a sock or stuffed toy if left unattended but is quick to respond to verbal correction. She has no food or toy aggression at all. She is happy to share a chew toy with a friend.

Beth is a female/sp lab-Vizsla mix who will likely weigh 45 pounds full grown.

For more information on our adoption process, please visit our website at www.youluckydogrescue.org and read our Adoption FAQ's and Before You Adopt documents. In addition you can complete an online adoption application from our website. You can also email info@youluckydogrescue.org for additional details.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
