My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brodie is Adopted

Brodie is currently being fostered in Marysville Ohio, and his adoption fee/donation is $250.00

Tongue out in anticipation of finding his favorite tennis ball, curly black Brodie is how happiness looks. Whether a pure cocker or a cockapoo, what matters most is that he’s both adorable and appealing. But he is new to loving and trusting. Found as a stray in Kentucky, he’s already learned from his fosters that ear scratches and belly rubs feel good, although he’s not entirely comfortable yet with being picked up. He gets along with his furry foster siblings, and while he doesn’t yet engage them directly, he does enjoy being part of a pack.

His favorite activity to date is playing fetch. In fact, he’ll outplay any human’s pitching arm as he gleefully chases and catches, chases and catches. Then, once he’s tired, he keeps his paws on the ball, lies down and chews on it.
Bright Brodie knows several commands, walks well on a leash, has good recall, and is an excellent passenger on the car rides he loves. Both house and crate trained, he sleeps calmly in his opened crate through the night without incident. Moderately active, he’s now looking for a moderately active family, one to continue, gently and patiently, to accustom him to being handled and loved, up close and personal. Forever.

Brodie is Neutered, up to date on all Vaccinations and Heartworm Negative.
