Mr Bean's Story...
Tell me this isnt the happiest face you've ever seen- just look at my huge smile! Well I am one happy boy, but I would be truly happy if I could finally find a place to call home. I’m a perfect little guy. I love children, dogs, even cats. You should see me play with other pooches…I bounce around like a jumping bean (hence my name). I am learning my manners, am crate-trained and I’m food motivated so additional training should be an easy feat. I am a pretty mellow guy too, especially for my age. It’s simple really…I’m a handsome, young gentleman, with a great temperament. What else do I have to say?
9 months old-49lbs. My adoption fee is $160 and includes; neuter, microchip, 5 week Training Class, free veterinary exam (Portland/Milwaukie area only) ,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr Bean, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
