My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the best little black lab puppy EVER! Here’s Bernstein, 8-10 weeks old and ready to start his amazing life in Washington State! He might have some hound in him as his ears are a bit bigger – or maybe he just needs to grow into them! Bernstein was rescued out of high kill Gordon County in Calhoun, Georgia after he was found wandering in a neighborhood. Luckily, foster mom Tracy was in the shelter picking up another and had to take home this littlest doll baby too! Bernstein weighs about 13lbs now but will most likely be a large-medium boy. He is everything you would think of in a perfect little lab pup…friendly, family oriented, social and extremely playful!! He’s a handsome boy with big feet and softest ears…and needing to gain some weight! Bernstein has been vaccinated and micro-chipped- de-wormed and super healthy. His has a quiet nature, with puppy enthusiasm! He is terrific with kids, other dogs, cats and farm animals! He loves everyone and everything he meets! If he’s to be the only dog in the household, he’d love the socialization of puppy class, doggy day care or the baby dog parks! Bernstein will make a great family dog and he’ll be ready for your exercise routine and lots of activity as soon as he hits Washington on Nov. 25th! Bernstein would love another pup in the household as he’s always had dogs around. He is crate trained and pee pad trained and rides well in the car. He is quiet and eager to complete puppy training and his basic commands. Bernstein is one of the lucky babes, to get out of the south and be adopted in the Northwest! His adoption fee is $500 and you can apply online at www.raincityrescue.com (choose adopt tab). Questions? email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com. WOW! You all can be the lucky family to be meeting him this weekend and taking him home!
