I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Dean's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Dean's Story...
If you're looking for a small, sweet companion, than Dean is your guy! We recently rescued Dean from a high kill shelter where he was taken when his owner became ill. Dean is a little older at 7 years old, but to him, age is nothing but a number. This 4 pound guy has plenty of spunk left in him! Dean was not adopted in time and was placed on a euthanasia list, but is now safe in our rescue. He is currently living in a foster home and is slowly settling into his new routine. Dean has lived inside as a cherished family member his entire life and is housebroken. He is good with other dogs, but due to his smaller size, we feel he would do best with medium to smaller sized dogs.

Those interested in adopting Dean, are welcome to fill out an adoption application via this link: He has been vaccinated, dewormed, he is heartworm negative, neutered and micro-chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dean, a Mount Juliet Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Mount Juliet, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Mount Juliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Juliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Juliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Juliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
