My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper is a handsome boy who was rescued from a local shelter. He was given up to the shelter by his previous owners because they could no longer keep him -- we can't understand how anyone could ever give this sweet boy up. Harper is a very relaxed and laid back kitty, seemly a little shy at first but quickly warms up and becomes sweet and affectionate. He enjoys being brushed and absolutely loves getting petted. Even though he's very laid back, he's still a young boy at four years old and from what we have seen, does well with other cats. Harper and another foster kitty boy Merlin are great friends and love to hang out with each other. With our dogs, he does not seem terrified of them but usually keeps his distance and hangs out away from them. Harper is low maintenance, not needy at all, extremely sweet and is the perfect kitty we could ever dream up.
