I'm an awesome, handsome, silly and affectionate 2-year old pit bull/boxer mix. I am totally obedience trained. I walk beautifully on leash, come when called, and know more commands than I have room to tell you about here!
I'm a super respectful and calm boy in the house. I LOVE all people (especially the ladies ;), but I'm not a fan of other dogs. Unfortunately, my current home has a bunch of them so I'm looking for a new home where I can be the only dog and soak up all the attention! I'd love to adopt a single person or couple who are active and would like some company on their adventures.
It would be great if you were looking for a running, bicycling or hiking companion since I love to do any of those things. I'll even carry the poop bags and water in my backpack! I need someone who won't be a pushover and will be on board with keeping up with my training. Someone who will appreciate my goofy side when I do somersaults into my dog bed or galavant around the yard smacking myself in the head with my bumper or squeaking my tennis ball, but who won't let me be pushy or demanding.
I'd love someone who will give me jobs to do. I know how to carry your wallet when we're out shopping and I carry my food bowl at dinner time. I fetch all my toys and put them in a basket which I'll carry around for you and I love to "find" things when I do scent work.
I can even do some tricks like taking a bow and playing peekaboo! Most importantly, I need someone who will be happy having a single awesome dog (ME!) and who doesn't care about being able to take me to dog parks and beaches, will always have me on leash when other animals are around and who understands that I will be happiest being a friend, companion and helper to my people.
