Rocky's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Please meet Rocky.  He is a 2 year old neutered GSD mix who is such a clown.    Rocky is fun, silly and very handsome.  He knows his basic commands, is crate trained, heart worm negative, UTD with his shots and an all around nice guy.  He was brought up with kids but not cats.  Rocky does like drama.  He will whine when you leave his sight.  I make sure he has plenty of chew toys in his crate and he likes to bring them all out to show me when allowed.

He and Leia are BFF's and play all day.  They are very entertaining to watch.  Rocky would really do best in a home with another dog - like Leia.  Please keep that in mind if you may be looking for 2 dogs.  If not Rocky NEEDS TO GO TO A HOME WITH ANOTHER DOG

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Churchville German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Churchville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Churchville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Churchville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Churchville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Churchville paves the way for another one to be saved.
