Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Florence is an adorable pug mix who was dumped at a shelter. The shelter initially thought Florence was overweight from being overfed, but when they went to spay her they discovered she was pregnant. She also had a large hernia. Her hernia was repaired, but, sadly, her puppies had to be aborted. Florence also tested positive for heartworm. The good news is that Forence has recovered from her surgery and successfully finished her heartworm treatments. Florence is now healthy and happy and ready for her forever home. Florence is 3-4 years old. She is super friendly and loves to cuddle on your lap. Florence gets along fine with other dogs, walks well on a leash, and will make a great addition to some lucky family. Please help Florence find the loving home she deserves.
UPDATE: Florence tested heartworm negative on 2/5/15

Florence's adoption fee is $225. This covers all her age-appropriate shots and vetting.
