Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucky Buck's first lucky break was when he joined the fun at Circle Hope. Lucky Buck is an 18 month old yellow lab mix who was left behind when his family moved. He was once a part of a family, sharing their home and lives. Then the baby came, and like some bad movie, they no longer had time for Lucky Buck, and put him outside. Before long, they moved and left him behind.
Lucky Buck is loving life in the country. He loves playing with the other pups, and always tries to convince his best friend to join him in a game of chase. If he's feeling particularly mischievous, he'll start a game of chase with the cats, but only as long as they run (if they don't, it's not fun). He does listen when he's told firmly to stop chasing the cats.
Lucky Buck is good with children, but he does need to be taught some manners to avoid jumping and knocking little ones over.
If you're looking for an active gorgeous yellow lab to fill that hole in your life, Lucky Buck definitely deserves a closer look. Give him a chance to have a REAL forever family!
We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***
