Pocket pittie mix girl Ellie was dropped at the pound when her owner couldn't have her where they were living. She was TERRIFIED in the pound, cowering and shaking in her run surrounded by barking dogs but once you take her out of her kennel she warms up and gives you her paw right away. Her owners said she was born 10/2/13, plays well with dogs her size (35lbs full grown) or larger but is too overwhelming for small dogs, and believe it or not her mom was a Shih Tzu!?!? and dad was a pit bull. She is UTD on vaccines. She URGENTLY needs a foster or forever home, or a rescue with space for her. Please email us at njwoof@cs.com if you can help save her.

We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash) in Morris Plains (Denville on GPS).
