Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello Jackson!
Jackson was caught during some TNRing. We were going to return him, but as we pet him through the cage at the vet and he talked to us CONSTANTLY we changed our mind.
Jackson is a 2 year-old (est) medium/long-haired neutered (now) male cat. He is HUGE! For an outside kitty he weighed in at 13 pounds, and I'm sure some domestication will add a couple of pounds to him. He is long, his head is big, and his feet are huge. He has a different look to his face. I'm not convinced he isn't part Maine Coon. Obviously not full, but he has the size, the fur, the whiskers, the ear fur that makes me think just maybe.
Jackson is doing great inside, he is using the litter box. He talks all the time. When he eats and I pet him I swear he is saying, "Num num num num." He likes to be pet, he likes to be brushed. He does not like other cats. Not a big shock to a cat that has been outside. While I do believe you can integrate 2 cats with varying degrees of difficulty, I think Jackson would best make an only cat.
If you want to give this guy a chance at life and a family, come visit. If you speak cat, I would love you to interpret his story, because it is clear he is trying to tell me something.
