Luke's Story...
I'm a whole lot of love wrapped up in a baby puppy package! Don't you want to add a little cutie to your family? My name is Luke, and I'm a 11 week old, 13 lb chocolate lab mix.

My foster mom says I "have been a joy to foster"! I get along great with her three dogs, and even though I'm small, I'm a good sport and love to play with my foster fur siblings who are twice my size. I am sweet and friendly, which means I pretty much get along with everyone, including kids. I've honestly never been around cats so I can't give a yes or no to the felines! I'm really affectionate, and I love to snuggle up with you and give kisses. I'm still working on becoming fully housebroken, but I'm just a baby, so that's to be expected! I'm also neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke, a Sagaponack Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
