SUKI's Story...
Please email adoptme@startrescue.org to meet SUKI!

Sweet SUKI is a 14 yr old Lab/Pocket Pittie mix who is looking for a home. SUKI doesn't act or look 14 yrs old at all! She is very playful, spry, happy and ready for adventures!

SUKI was rescued from the E. Valley Shelter in Los Angeles after her owner decided she had no time for her anymore. SUKY is well behaved and eager to please. She is house trained, in good health and very loving.

SUKI is good with other dogs - she does have a high prey drive - so no cats or small doggies just to be safe. Dogs her size or bigger would be best!

Watch her being so adorable video…...http://youtu.be/rUfz9MOZcG4

SUKI has been waiting such a long time for a home of her own - Please let's get this sweet girl into a home for the holidays!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SUKI, a Studio City Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
