Geo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Geo's Story...
This sweet boy is Geo, he is estimated to be a 6 year old lab beagle mix. He spent most of his life at the shelter or in an outdoor pen at a foster home. The last month he has been in a home where he has learned the true meaning of being a couch potato. Everything was very new to him at first including stairs and a leash. He picked up potty training pretty quickly, and really enjoys being outside. He has been living with cats that are very social with dogs and recently another dog as well. Geo is learning how to play and share toys. Geo is a very sweet low energy dog that would love to have a nice quiet home of his own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Geo, a Manassas Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Manassas, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog from a breeder in Manassas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manassas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manassas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manassas paves the way for another one to be saved.
