My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born July 2014, Taco is a white and red dog with red speckles. Her sister looks like a boxer and Taco looks like she may be boxer mixed with cattle dog due to the speckled coat. She's been vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, vet checked, and given heartworm prevention. Adult weight should be in the 50's. If you're sitting on the floor, she loves to sit in your lap. Our high school volunteers love her playful, friendly personality and enthusiasm. She was very friendly to strangers at a recent adoption event. Taco would chase a running cat, so a cat free home is best. She is crate trained and walks on a leash. She obeys the sit command and knows she's not supposed to jump on people. Taco respects human leadership. She plays fine with other confident dogs. She is motivated to work for rewards and praise. Taco would love to join an active family for runs, water activities, hikes, and other sports. Email petsavernc@bellsouth.net for an adoption application for Taco.
