Ace- Adoption Pending's Story...
This adorable kitty was found trying to keep warm in a car engine when he was only 8 weeks old. Now 10 mos old, Ace is eager for his next adventure. He is a friendly and active guy but gets scared at our adoption fair and doesn't show his true colors. Give him a little time in a home environment and he'll show you what an affectionate kitty he is! Ace enjoys laptime, brushing and attention. However, he is not too demanding. Purr-fect for someone with a busy lifestyle. Ace is quite exotic looking with his smokey/black fur coat, fluffy tail and lean and lanky body. These photos don't do him justice! He's other-cat friendly and we think he'd do well with a low key dog, too. Updated 9/3/15

Adoption includes free 1st wellness exam at any Caring Hands Animal Hospital.

Looking for a pair? Ace has many kitten friends in his foster home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ace- Adoption Pending, a Arlington Norwegian Forest Cat cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Forest Cat for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Norwegian Forest Cat cat from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Forest Cat breeders who help with Norwegian Forest Cat rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
