Snickers's Story...
Meet little Snickers, a 1 1/2 year old very little pretty girl who weighs less than 10 pounds fully grown! We rescued her from South L.A. Shelter and she was very shy at first. She quickly comes out of her shell and is all kisses - a very happy girl. Snickers loves to play with other dogs and run around like all young dogs. She walks very nicely on leash and is living in a foster home with another dog and goes to doggy day care and the dog park with her foster mom. Snickers is small enough to travel in a doggy carry-on bag on a plane, but spunky enough to go hiking or tag along for fun adventures. She is crate-trained, house-broken, spayed, up-to-date with shots and also micro-chipped. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Los Angeles Pug/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
