Lucy Bean is a sweet pup! She is about 1.5 years old and 45 pounds. She is a little shy at first but warms up very quickly! And it's no wonder - she was rescued starving from the streets! Lucy adores children - she even prefers them to adults! She also loves other dogs. Lucy is very smart, and very loving - she will be forever grateful to her adopter for giving her a great home because she knows what life is like without one. Lucy has a very mild energy level and will make a terrific companion. She loves treats, and will learn commands easily.

This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
