Heidi's Story...
Please find our application at: www.savingonelife.org If you have questions please email saving.one.life@gmail.com Pet description: Heidi is around 2-3 years old and was saved from euthanasia. As many declawed kitties, she was very frightened by things and failed the evaluation at the pound. She was placed into a foster home and we worked with her to help her gain trust of humans again. Heidi will take a little time to bond with her new family and will need to hide for a while first. Once she knows you she is a very sweet little girl who LOVES attention and to nuzzle you. She is afraid of dogs and cats that get into her space, if they are not interested in her then she just simply leaves them alone - however because she had no claws she feels defenseless against them. She loves to cuddle with her humans at night and is very sweet once she trusts you. $25 adoption fee includes: *Spay/neuter *Current vaccinations *Microchip *FIV/Felv blood test *Preventative deworming

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Chandler Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Chandler, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Chandler.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chandler already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chandler breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chandler paves the way for another one to be saved.
