Jewel's Story...
A few of our fabulous cats and kittens can be seen at Petsmart at 2860 E Germann Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286. Call the store or email if you are looking to see if a particular one may be there, otherwise with a completed application we are happy to schedule an appointment with any of the animals in foster homes. Please find our application at: If you have questions please email Pet description: Jewel is a 'diamond in the rough'. We found her pregnant and abandoned, but after much coaxing and hissing, we came to love and trust each other. She now loves her foster family - including their kids, and takes every opportunity to rub her face on their toes! She thinks it feels soooo good, and it's hilarious! Jewel needs a family with no dogs or very young children. She is tolerant of our 2 and 4 year old, but will defend herself (bites) if her fur is pulled or if she is innocently mistreated. She has good manners (doesn't jump up on the counters), and is completely litter-box trained. She won't bite or scratch when being picked up or held. She is a really sweet gal! Her kittens (if still pictured) are Maru, Pepper, Sugar & Cali. adoption fee includes: *Spay/neuter *Current vaccinations *Microchip *FIV/Felv blood test *Preventative deworming

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jewel, a Chandler Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Chandler, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Chandler.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chandler already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chandler breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chandler paves the way for another one to be saved.
