Tanji's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Tanji's Story...
Tanji is a little Benji lookalike and a fun loving, energetic little one year old that loves a squeaky toy and lots of cuddles. She will hop on your lap, give you a hug and a kiss, then curl up, contented to just be close to her human. She enjoys a nice walk on leash as well as rides in the car, plays well with other dogs. We do recommend older children, at least 6 or 7 that understand "gentle hands" as she is a small dog. As with all terrier breeds, she needs rules and boundaries, she's very well behaved, but these little things will take charge if allowed. The adoption fee is $150 to cover the fact that she is fully vetted, spayed and micro-chipped. Feel free to contact us and we'll set up a meet and greet to see if she's the perfect companion for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tanji, a Kinston Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier for sale in Kinston, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Kinston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kinston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kinston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kinston paves the way for another one to be saved.
