Why hello there! Thank-you for clicking on my picture! My name is Bailey - please let me tell you a little bit about myself so that we can get to know each other better!
My name is Bailey and I am a 1 year old female Maltese mix who is looking for my fur-ever family to love me and play with me for the rest of my life! I came to the nice folks at NBS Animal Rescue when I was found as a stray and passed to two different families along the way as they searched for my original owners. Unfortunately my owners were never found and the last family who was caring for me could no longer do so, so they reached out to the awesome people at NBS Animal Rescue to help me find a fantastic fur-ever home!
I am a very sweet little lady who is looking for a loving family who is home most of the day, enjoys going for walks, has a fenced yard for me to romp and play in, and a family who will give me lots of attention! I love to play with other friendly gentle dogs, I would be good with kids 7+ who were gentle and kind, and I think i'd be OK with cats too, although I haven't really met one recently.
I've visited the doggy doctor and got a clean bill of health although the vet does think that I have limited vision in one of my eyes - it doesn't slow me down at all! I get around perfectly well, romp and play with the best of them, and have no trouble navigating the house or yard!
My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, De-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food.

You can fill out a simple online adoption application at www.nbsar.org and we will start processing your application right away! We do require that persons interested in meeting me apply online and be approved as an adopter first so please visit our website and submit your application today!
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on it's vaccinations and heartworm preventative as well as spayed/neutered unless there is a documented medical reason on file with your veterinarian. Dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative, cats must be current on Distemper, Rabies, and Heartworm Preventative at the time of application.
