Gabby's Story...
Meet GABBY! This playful and curious girl has been with us for most of her five-years of life, She needs to have special food so a home of her own would be so wonderful for her. She has to be kenneled when is fed to keep the other cats away from her food. (They love it!) She used to roam free in our cat room. This is no way for an active young cat to be! Gabs is a little shy but loves to sit with you and will make a wonderful cuddly couch buddy. She'll liven up your household with her antics and her purrs! If you think you can make room for this girl who now is a special needs adoption due only to her dietary restrictions, we'd love for you to come meet her. She's fully-vetted and microchipped. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gabby, a LaGrange Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in LaGrange, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in LaGrange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in LaGrange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a LaGrange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in LaGrange paves the way for another one to be saved.
