Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Huckleberry aka Huck is a sweet purebred Great Pyrenees. He is 1 1/2 yrs old and well behaved with everyone. If you leave toys for him to play with while you are away he does fine. He is great with other dogs, and wants to play with cats. Huck lived with 4 cats and a smaller dog, as well as kids aged 3 and up. He pulls a little on the leash but nothing major. Like many of his breed, Huck been known to help himself to snacks off the counter, so his adopter might want to work with him on that! All Great Pyrenees dogs require a fenced yard, and it must be a physical fence. Electronic fences will not contain them.
This dog’s adoption fee is $225. Adopters must live within 150 miles or 3 hours drive of the Quad City area.
For more information about Huckleberry, email Debbie@k9kindnessrescue.org or fill out an online application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org.
Huckleberry and K9 Kindness Rescue thank you for considering adoption through rescue for a new family companion!
