Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Madison...
Hello all, my name is Madison. I am only 5 years old and I have not had the best start in life. I was used as a breeder dog for the first few years of my life. I was overbred so very much that my uterus became so infected I began to bleed internally. Once it was determined that I was of no use to them anymore I was put out on the streets only to be picked up by the animal control truck. The animal shelter was kind and immediately contacted DFWGSR to save me. I was taken in and started on a lot of medication and they kept taking X-rays and doing blood tests until they finally determined I was healthy enough to go to my foster home and begin my new life.So here I am! I am loving life now. I have canine foster brothers and sisters and I also have siblings of the human variety. They are all great! I love everyone!! I adore the children in my foster home. They are sweet and loving and give me belly rubs and treats. I also love to play! I love to run and wrestle and play outdoors. There are also kitties in my foster home, I don't mind them much. The just do their thing and I do mine.
I do have a bit of separation anxiety and I want to be with my people more than anything. I am crate trained and housebroken and am definitely not a yard dog. I want to be cuddled up on the couch with my family.
I have been spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and have tested negative for heartworms.Interested in meeting me? Contact DFWGSR today!
