Huck's Story...
So cute it’s almost hard to believe he’s real. Snuggly, sweet, gentle and happy to meet everyone and everything. Sound like a great dog? Then you need to meet Huck because he is a WONDERFUL dog! He’s a very sweet little beagle guy around 25 lbs and 3 years old. He’s friends with everyone in his foster home which includes a larger dog, a smaller dog and two cats. Huck loves to go for a walk, play in the back yard with his dog friends, and lay in the sun. When he gets back inside he loves to find his favorite dog bed and settle in for a nap. He is house trained and crate trained. We’d love for you to meet him!

Huck is currently being fostered in Huntsville, Alabama but he is not picky about where he ends up as long as he is loved.

He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines, heartworm prevention and flea prevention. If you’d like more information please email info@FORrescue.net or apply directly at http://www.FORrescue.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Huck, a Knoxville Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
