Etta James's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Etta James's Story...
Etta James is a gorgeous and sweet kitty who is ready for a loving home. Etta was found as a very pregnant stray, and went to a wonderful foster home to raise her kittens. She had 6 beautiful kittens who have all been adopted. Etta hopes that someone will choose to adopt her soon too!

Etta appears to be pretty young herself, likely just 2-3 years old. She is affectionate and enjoys attention. She does well with other calm cats that respect her space. Etta should adjust well to mellow dogs and older children. Etta loves to play and will entertain you with her cute antics for hours!

Etta has been FELV/FIV tested negative, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is current on parasite prevention, and is all set to be part of a family! Stop by to meet Etta anytime during business hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Etta James, a Ann Arbor Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Ann Arbor, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Ann Arbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ann Arbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ann Arbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ann Arbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
