Hi there. My name is Adam. I'm about 2 years old and I weigh about 18 lbs.
I was found as a stray in East Liverpool. Nobody knew where I belonged or anything so they called the pound to come pick me up.
I was limping when I was picked up. There is uncertainty as to what exactly happened to me. It is a possibility that I was attacked by another dog because I had puncture wounds on my injured leg. It is also possible that I was hit by a car. I don't really remember what happened, but I sure am happy to have a vet appointment on 12/5/14 to help figure out what is up with my leg (updates to come after the appointment).
I'm super sweet and quite a dapper little fellow if I do say so myself! I am very happy-go-lucky. My tail wags pretty much non-stop. I'm very friendly and social with all of the people I've met here at the pound so far and I get along well with all of the other dogs. I like to go out with a large play group with the other small dogs out in the yard to play.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
